It is one more good news for Argentinian that Ballon d’Or won by Argentina Football team for third successive year.

One of the famous Football icons Lionel Messi was awarded the 2011 FIFA Ballon d’Or at a sparkling ceremony in Zurich. Messi has won Ballon d’Or prestigious award for the third time in the consecutive years.

Messi told yesterday that, “it’s a great personal pleasure for me. It’s the third time I have won it. It’s just an amazing honor. I want to thank everyone that’s been involved with me. I still have this dream and that is to be a World Champion and lift the Copa America with the national side”.

THANE - Cyclonic Storm over southwest and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal

As per the latest weather news from Southern parts of Indian states, there will be Cyclonic Storm called THANE across southwest and passing toward southeast Bay of Bengal. Most of the areas where THANE will be passing by cautioned Cyclone alert. Some of the areas in north Tamilnadu and south Andhra Pradesh coast sent as Yellow Message.

As per Weather report, THANE cyclonic storm falls southwest and passing by southeast Bay of Bengal remained practically, and it will be centered at 0530 hrs IST on 29th Dec 2011, the 28th December 2011 near latitude 12.50N and longitude 86.00E, about 600 km east-southeast of Chennai (Tamilnadu), 650 km northeast of Trincomalee (Srilanka) and 700 km west-northwest of Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Island).

The Cyclonic is probably to move west-north-westwards gradually, possible that a severe cyclonic storm during next 24 hrs and center in north Tamil Nadu and south Andhra Pradesh shores between Cuddalore and Nellore around morning of 30th December 2011.

Due to such natural scenario, there will be a rainfall at most places with isolated heavy rainfall is possible to begin over north Tamil Nadu & Puducherry and south coastal Andhra Pradesh from the 29th December 2011 onwards.

Heavy winds speed may reach 45 to 55 kmph, it may begin along and off north Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and south Andhra Pradesh coasts from morning the 29th December 2011 onwards.

I was blogging as usual even though I was not an expert on this. It was just doing to use my precious time to learn and earn something by sharing and getting knowledge. However, recently, I came to know from few websites post that, to promote our blog one has to have good keywords and SEO techniques that is usual lesson from SEO or online expert.

Two weeks back I was about to login Indiblogger, and I came across that KFC contest and fill in application online form during login. I just casually filled it up and submit with my personal detail then I forgot it. One fine day (I mean on 18th December 2011) I got a letter from KFC Haryana, when I saw that post I remembered that this might be the “discount coupon” from KFC which I filled it up early via Indiblogger.

When I opened it, I really surprise that it was not a discount coupon but completely ‘Free’ coupon’ worth Rs 500/= (who will pay a single penny without any cause but KFC via Indiblogger), when I took two free voucher worth Rs 250 each, I was still in doubt whether I have to pay extra amount with this voucher upon buying any menu from KFC outlet? (it is just because same scenario happened already in McDonalds and other organization offers that we have to pay extra amount on even free vouchers – business tricks).

However, I was ready to pay an extra amount if so and planned accordingly. I went to KFC with my family member with ‘party mood’ to have delicious and different menu to satisfy our lips and stomach on 21st December 2011. Warm welcome received from KFC representative although they got huge ‘paying’ customers, and we got the same welcome from them and no difference for voucher customer (we have been several times to KFC in the past to experience different menu – enjoyed it many varieties).

Also, I was working in Gulf countries and had experience with KFC branch over there, the same taste everywhere and no changes on their menu tastes beside friendly services. Now, the next part is, I submitted both the vouchers to outlet representative, in turn, he shown it to his outlet manager who was standing beside him, he signaled him to accept it immediately by seeing the KFC voucher without any issue. They asked me which menu you would like to select, I told him to give ‘Family bucket’ pack worth 400+ and the left amount plus little paid amount resulted for extra delicious burger from KFC.

Within few seconds, KFC representative served us friendly with fun and pleasant smile which worth more than few thousand bucks on free voucher from Indiblogger contest for KFC. I had to serve in the same way to my family members that made them even few millions bucks free pleasure.

The menu was delicious that has no competition in India nor a single complain on ambiance or hygienic level, we got lips smacking, stomach filling and additional happiness with free billing – so on. This is one of the ‘free party’ that my family enjoyed during 2011 year end prior to Christmas and New Year.

We hearty thanks to KFC and Indiblogger for fruitful and memorable party given. There are people or organization in the world that they pays you (regardless their business) more than a single penny for your (or customer or member’s) happiness without much expectation from us. When I studied once for Diploma in computer application, around in 1990, I got few subject as DOS (Disk operating system), Word-star, Lotus 123, Dbase, Foxbase, Clipper and Fox pro etc. Those days buying a computer for personal use was very expensive compare to date. Also, those system were most of them Black and White screen or Green letter screen, Color computer will be very much expensive than black and white.

At the same time, there were some applications exists for software such as languages and packages. Language was like BASIC (Business Arithmetic System Instruction Code), COBOL (Common business oriented language), C and C+ etc. and those were highly required at those stage for any reputed firm. There were recruitments were progress for foreign countries like USA, Singapore and UK. There were huge demand within nation too. Other than this software demand, there was another basic and dual tasking learning curve for LAN and WAN required, system as UNIX which had far better than DOS. UNIX for multi-user and multi-purpose at that time and Dos was for single task and for single user, in addition, there were package exist like Fox-base, Fox-pro, Dbase or Data base, Word-star, Lotus 123 even Powerbuilder and ORACLE low version to higher one etc.

In India all these language and package were commonly trained for student and professional. It was used for official and professional program purpose. These languages and packages were advanced day to day by so many companies project inventions, software demand increase due to various factors, so many professional programmer’s effort from day to night helps for advance technology that helped huge for end user. It created history by different software using these basic model, advanced with high level in few weeks, months to year. They produced different software and hardware for different fields, fields like Hospital / Medical, Tele-communication, Business offices, Airlines / Aviation, Research many centers, Hotel industries, Electric and Electronic fields, Government offices and many more fields to mention.

Once they made software and hardware, the senior and recruited staff were trained in a professional method which the old system change to a new one to avoid consuming time, reduce cost, save energy, reduced unnecessary manual manpower and many more. Initially it was little tough to implement and face lot of technical issues in most of the field due to lack of experience, lack of system’s knowledge and not suitable the new system to some fields etc. it was however rectified the system to match and perfect every field. How some of the systems were advanced: observing from Windows; Microsoft was one of the well known and resourceful software/hardware company which dealt much business in these field from many parts of the world wide country, they recruited fresher and experienced manpower to use for this field, they were translating their idea, innovation and effort to practical in most of the field, they even made friendly system so that a children to normal person also somewhat they can use some system.

How they came up: Once they launched MS Windows 3 in around 1990, it was not much familiar at that time, but however, few products from them were advanced and one of them was from Lotus 123 to MS Excel version for MS Windows 3, however, it was not much successful. Success story was not there much but they never give up further. Again, after few years, they introduced Windows NT operating systems, it was useful and observed by most of the users and become somewhat success too.

Once Again, their continuous efforts change their destiny by advancing and introducing Windows 95 which become very much success with friendly guidance also it was helpful for basis users to multi-media users. They tried as usual to advance it too by introducing Windows 98 which was not much success as expected in those days and stand again the old version at that point to prefer as it was almost equal options to Windows 95.

Y2K issues started during these times, where every professional was somewhat imbalance on their view of Y2K effect will affect on their success. However, they introduced one more updated operating systems called Windows XP which was launched in year 2000 and results fruitful benefit to almost all and it has ruled the desktop so far. It was even useful for like 2003 software released.

To advance these one, they again released Windows Vista in 2007 which were bought by so many people around the world but it was not successful like Windows XP. Windows Vista need extra capacity in the system and more useful for multi-media users than professional etc. creates failure.

So, considering their experience in the above all, Microsoft released recently Windows 7 and got feedback from more that it will be positive results.
