The first Weather report is normally
given after something happened for the day. The weather can’t be normally
predicted in advance though there are many safety measures taken for this including
various technologies and updates are around in hand. The natural calamity or various
disasters are beyond human’s control, effort, thought and reach. In general,
weather report won’t give on-time or prior to concern incident happening to take safety measure. However, once something
already happened like torrential rain started or earthquake already happened or
Tsunami arrived or sandstorm happened or volcano happened and so on incident happened
then the next prediction roughly be notified by the concern authority whether most
of the times that doesn’t happened or very few times happened a said for the upcoming one, as co-incident. It may be funny too for some.
I don’t know how to describe
the natural disaster including various incidents in the past, present and the
future. I still can say that one can’t predict the nature’s attitude normally.
Anything can happen at anytime. For example, if any county is ready to face the
challenges of Tsunami with various safety measure taken then the nature can play with a different
role like earthquake can come in a different place other than coastal area instead
of Tsunami, or even wind can blow in different place, or heavy rain a different place, or sunny can kill many from its unexpected temperature, or over icy-cold can put in trouble, or mudslide can happen in
different place than coastal area. Nature can play its vital role at anytime at
any situation at anywhere which the human generally can’t stop it though slight
measures can be taken to avoid the issue which is not an easy to do so however.
See, we have heard the real
story of Noah that happened thousands of years ago when the entire world sunk except very few
mountain places where his ship also stopped in one of the mountain after 40
days of auto-journey ship mode without any fuel or engine or a boatman to ride. The story
or real incident of thousand years ago reminded us again from the recent
Chennai’s heavy rain couple of times within few weeks and water over flooded everywhere. Chennaits
faced a lot of troubles, sick, helpless and death toll etc. Their routine life entirely
affected for many days and suffered / suffering from routine life.
In this nature calamity, human have to learn something which we as a human may or may not aware of nature's sign. Nobody
exactly know the reason of it. Some people may say the incident came due to so
and so reason, when the other heard about it then they may have fun / laugh which
may or may not be the right reason to 'say' and 'laugh' for the things happened. It
may relates to God, of course, whether it may or may not be accepting by others. Now,
everything behind this one is unseen and unknown so human can’t easily believe it except what they have seen nature's role that affected many from this heavy rain. So, leave it.

The situation in Chennai was / is very bad, pathetic and beyond the humans’ control right now. Many have cars but can’t drive and travel, many can walk but can’t go out of the home, many have electricity connection but can’t use it, many have enough money but can’t spend it or buy the
basic need products, many have advanced technology equipment's like Computer,
Internet, Smartphone, Flight ticket, Air-condition, Mercedez or BMW cars etc. but can’t
use them in such a situation except to be hold on themselves till the situation
become normal. Almost everything is 'mute' for a while.
Many would like to help from
various cities but not able to reach them on-time, by this time, some of them
unable to rescue in time, so suffered, uncontrolled and few died. Some of them hungry for few days and weaken,
some of them have no potable water, some of them have no idea further and some of them still in shock losing their family member/s. There are
plenty of cases as such from a bad weather.
If anybody wants to be safer
from such natural's incident, or if any city wants to be safer from such natural disaster,
is there anybody can tell the upcoming nature issue or calamity in advance to
evacuate for safety purpose and move them in a different place? I think it is can’t be
done even if it is an advanced country. Nature will play its important role which
human can’t understand it easily. It is beyond human’s control, in fact.

Final one, common people
helping common affected residents in most of the area including allotting food,
water and other basic needs. Yes, rescue team also just helping to evacuate
affected people but they too unable to reach in time where already loss
happened for some and rescued some. Yes, rescue team too distributed food and water etc. which is not
enough. Our country is really blessed with kind hearten people generally who would always used to
assist enemy too in such a situation, so, there is no question about our own
people’s help to own one on this situation. As above said, many would like to help from various
cities…after seeing many news, photos, videos and difficulties of human being's suffocation over there.
Note: Do not make any political
motive on this, like showing ruling party’s stickers on food items sent by
public or well wishers from other places, or don’t show opponent parties
helping hand photos or videos to media or public since the affected people are only
aware who were / are helping each other at this moment. Do not show any religion's matter nor put down others in this time, but try to be ‘human being’ at this time without
any personal or political benefit. This is the testing time for everyone. And
again, the latest Chennai news may say anything about weather which the news even
can come from NASA too…it may or may not happen as they described on heavy
rain, cyclone, tsunami, hurricane, el-nino and so on. Anyhow, follow the guideline given by concern authority and move on. God bless all.
