When you started a journey then obviously it should be ended with safe landing or journey, this is what will pleases everybody. Read this article to know a different journey for a different person.

Though we had/have enough treasure and sources in our county to live well, but some used to feel that our country has no future, poverty concern, less employment opportunity (during 1990-2000), we are young, bachelor, educated reasonably, energetic, adventures, interested to see outside India / World, time to explore, make future and looking for a big jump in abroad to earn better Salary than in local. So, one is Mr. X in among some, this Mr. X try to take some step to go abroad, Passport process, looking for an opportunity through relevant source of title post ads in newspaper in local, applying for it, attending interviews here and there upon call for, inquiring with friends and experienced workers in abroad about their real life experience, Visa process, Local and Foreign company agents detail, Medical check up detail, Embassy related info and pre-travel preparation and journey etc.

Each step has some interesting factor mixed up with some excitement and new experience on the way for, eager to know what will happen when each step to be taken and done. How to reach Airport to reach abroad and then real life experience in abroad with new day with new life ahead. Mr. X try to face the same as above stated, he attended few abroad interviews, some agent asked money for abroad assignment which was rejected by him. Few got free recruitment with reasonable salary from reputed organization, thus he selected it. He was happy since he is about to see overseas life with job opportunity that was getting from job ads followed by sending application to the reputed organization and waiting patiently for few months to get call for, attended interviews and better outcome for the same purpose. 

Though he was attended few interviews while time taken to arrive Visa and confirmation from overseas employer for earlier interviews, he got more than two jobs in abroad, at the same time and one in local with reputed Star Hotels but confused started like which one to choose among? He finally selected average salary offer from reputed organization at abroad as it was a free recruitment which also assured that Free Air Ticket, Free Visa, Free Accommodation, Free Food, Free Uniform and other luxury benefit and Free Air Ticket once in a year to home for a vacation with paid leave. Now excitement begun when he chosen this option and attended for formal medical check up, everything is OK per health report. He is about to get Visa stamp within a week along with confirmed Air Ticket to abroad. The country is, Saudi Arabia, and the location is Riyadh (Capital city of Saudi Arabia), Company location is International Airport Riyadh. Hmm...

He got a call and confirmation from Local office about Visa confirmation, Ticket confirmed and Departure timing and the place from he supposed to Depart - Bombay (at that time, few years back name changed to Mumbai). It was Friday night in June, he supposed to depart from Bombay International Airport as he reached on time a day before on Thursday from Chennai to Mumbai. He collected his Passport with Visa stamp and Confirmed Ticket from local office, carried Baggage to travel, since it is the first time he is about to leave the country - his elder brother was coming with him by train and assisting him till Mumbai Airport for flight departure at 11:30pm. He reached Airport few hours before to departure of the flight though there was heavy thunderstorm with huge disturbance of heavily Mumbai's usual historical June month rain. 

Safely reached till Airport by Car / Bombay taxi with little hurdle, Bombay Airport to be seen live first time, one of the busiest Airport in India with many International flights and passengers across. Now the story about the send off, he hugged his brother and sent off inside the airport mixed with sentiment and some sadness for leaving beloved one and his country for unknown duration. The sentiment forgot after couple of minutes due to Airport formality, Ticket and Baggage process. People are there to assist for this or contact enquiry center, everything done smoothly and now except hand bag, his luggage too separated from him but replaced with its tag from counter. He was alone over there just with tag and hand luggage. New scenario everywhere, luckily two of them got as his company for the same company for the same flight - New bro/friends met in the Airport. What a new journey begun with excitement filled to explore the future.

He had a chances of relaxing at Mumbai airport due to flight jet way counter was not opened yet to reach till the flight seat, almost one hour introduced each other as he got this much time in the Airport lounge. Announcement started for his flight and jet way was opened to reach till the flight seat, though he have already heard Saudi Arabia strictness but seen from here itself. Air crew started to screw everyone for hand luggage checking with very strict in Mumbai Airport flight jet way itself before entering into flight, he just coordinated with them as they prefer and it is everyone's responsible to coordinate too. Some other Passengers' some of the baggage objected and enquired for excess hand luggage weight and other reason, he observed that a passenger's magazines thrown out due to censorship per their country rule. Finally, he reached his seat with warm welcomed by the Crew, luckily all three friends got one another seats in a row, a senior passenger nearby asked us about who and where etc. senior wished them with a few good word and one of the comment is that he is seeing the first time with very younger team to reach that company in his overall 10+ years abroad experience.

Flight filled up with strange passengers, instruction received from the flight Captain, flights doors were closed by cabin crew, flight become silent, flight pushed up back, later moving ahead slowly on the run way of Bombay airport, Saudia flight prayer words in Arabic able to hear, he could see few flights parking in the busiest airport near other jet ways and few of them about to land, few of them ready in queue to take off one by one. Now his flight turn and taken off from Bombay - bye bye to his motherland, he was excited on that day as it was first flight journey, followed by that, he got some welcome drink aboard, later panic instruction started from Air hostesses on how to use under-seat Parachute when emergency landing situation arises - here everyone will upset for a while, don't worry and keep continue your journey.

Soft Drink (No Alcohol given in Saudia flights) served, Dinner / Supper (quality but no tasty) served from crew, chilled atmosphere inside the flight and very recent local journey tired helped all to relax/sleep for few minutes, around four hours journey to reach Riyadh from Bombay helped him to face some new experiences recently and decently. Announcement from Captain let him knew that flight will land within half an hour and prepare for safe landing in Riyadh Airport, few crew member cross checked every passengers about their fasten seat belt condition and instruction received from them to those who didn't fasten seat belt. Finally, he landed safely in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia international airport. Airport was quite beautiful architect structure though nearby location is desert, again the opposite story begun for them, instruction received from Captain, took the hand luggage, opened the door, said bye bye by the crew, jet way usage, reaching Passport entry / embarkation stamping queue, sleepless night, approached baggage conveyor belt, collected the baggage, reached custom counter and checked the luggage and baggage to ensure that nothing illegal objects with us.

He could start to explore and came out to the new world in the sleepy midnight at 2:30pm Saudi Time, able to see very unusual atmosphere and different faces of the world, waited outside for the company bus to take us to Accommodation (small villa) area where around 1500 staff accommodated with 20+ different nationalities, reached Villa and Security collected our Passport and directed us for a new temporary room to spend night to relax and report at 7am to Accommodation office in the camp to begin new era in new land.  Very interesting journey to remember a long time, the new life started as such including chances for riding Toyota Land Cruiser over there. 

I have to say many but will write in other occasion. This journey becomes normal after couple of years, Mr. X or He is no one except me.

King Solomon (Prophet) and His Diamond Gift to a Poor

King Solomon was considered as one of the best Prophet (though all Prophets are the best and has unique character/history with excellence toward worshiping God alone). He was a famous King, Rich, Better in Judge, Human being and so on. Once, he and parade moving toward one place to another place where he has to pass by the Forest. King Solomon observed that a poor old man was alone in the forest and cutting the tree. King Solomon stopped and asked that poor man about his health and wealth, poor man replied the reality of his life as he has to cut the tree and sell it to get some penny/money to run his family. King Solomon want this old poor man to become wealthy and healthy without working hard as such in that age and situation, thus he gave him a Diamond to poor man and asked him to use it for poor man's betterment of the life.

The poor old man was very happy as he got a big gift of priceless Diamond that too from King Solomon, he thanked him and both moved in their own direction. The poor man was so quick and hurry toward his dwell to share this news with their near and dear carrying Diamond, he saw it and its shining often and enjoy it on the way to home. It was his unfortunate that an Eagle came toward him and grab his Diamond within few seconds or in a glance, he was very much upset and reached to his home with empty hand with this bad news. All near and dear made comfort him with good words and asked him to come out from this incident to move ahead, he was about to forgot it in a day or two though little indigestible.

The poor old man again started his wood cutting business in the forest in his old age without any tense as usual, after few days, King Solomon - upon returning observed the same poor man with the same old practice despite presenting wealthy Diamond to change his lifestyle. Prophet Solomon stopped near him and asked him about the earlier story, the old man sadly stated the reason what had happened with him through an Eagle for Diamond. Now, King Solomon was empathy more than before and presented one more Diamond to this poor man to live and settle well. The poor old man thanked him and received the Gift with very pleased and returned to home to share this news, this is indeed a second chance and life who can forgot it.

The poor man was very thirsty on the way to home and he saw a river where he could consume little natural water to clear his thirstiness and move ahead, he then approached to river and drunk reasonable water and in a glance he observed that his Diamond felt down in the river. Oh God, what shall I do, do I need to felt down in the river too? He was sad and sitting over there for a while then returned to home again with this sorrow news, almost all kids and his wife advised him for peace, patient and forget it once again - they advised him that it could be for another good reason in their life though they are poor - it could be destined too. 

However, he once again recovered from this bad incident and went to forest for his usual business. The days were going on and his health become even worsen and weak, he still doesn't give up for his labor and run his family with happiness among near and dear - this is live example for everyone nowadays. One fine day, King Solomon was going with his parade near that place and observed him once again with the same wood cutting business. King stopped over there and asked him once again what-about and whereabouts etc? The poor man then replied what had happened to him near the river for Diamond. King Solomon just listened him with patient and about to talk to him with polite manner.

Now the statement given by the King Solomon should be remembered by every human on the earth. Yes, what he said to that poor man? "I wish to give you (poor man) a Diamond to make you (poor man) wealthy and healthy in this old age for future betterment and you (poor man) also wish to accept it, but no idea what is the wish of the Almighty God on this", however, King Solomon hand overed him one more (third time) Diamond to a poor and said that this time Almighty God shall agree on this and make this poor wealthy, enjoyable, peaceful and relax-able plus purchase what he desired. King then moved to his way and poor man happily reached to his dwell with this great news to share with near and dear, he shown it to his family members and afterward he then sold his Diamond and bought almost all convenient for his life.

The Poor man bought farm, agricultural land and estate etc. he spent life happily with his kid and wife as wished by King Solomon and now God Almighty wishes together, there was a test from God for all including King Solomon, Poor man and all human being who are about to hear/read this story. In continuous with this reality, once kids of poor man played in the farmland and about to clean the dirtiness nearby thus planned to clean it. Kids called poor man (father) and said that this dirt is something different and shining, poor man recognize that this is the first Diamond where he lost against Eagle and found it in his farm together with Eagle's dirt/shit - Poor man and his family become more happiness on this Diamond and become even more richer that before.

Now the turn is for food and kids desire on the menu for the day, kids said to his father (poor man) that we haven't had Seafood for a long time, thus today we shall have seafood or fish or crab and so on. He agreed, poor man ordered and brought Fishes and other seafood from the market, now the kids who sliced the fish to cook observed that there is one more Diamond in that big fish stomach. The family members of the poor man really surprised on this great historical news and became more richer condition than past, they all thanked King Solomon and Almighty God on this and lived happily for many decades.

Reality is, King Solomon was very kind and helpful to poor and almost all poor during his tenure liked him than King David (Prophet and his father), he used to fulfill poor's need per age, requirement, judge and likewise.

Moral of the real story is: Though little late than never - Almighty God wishes this poor man to give three Diamonds than only one Diamond from King Solomon. If you are destined then you will definitely get at any case, or nothing.

Eid-ul Fitr Ramzan Eid Celebration and Greetings

We used to hear every year slight changes of the day/date of Moon-sight on either start fasting and stop fasting during Ramzan / Ramadan month of Islamic calendar. This year (2013) also the same, some scholars in Saudi Arabia University started to argue that Moon-sight could be on Tuesday evening (6th Aug 2013) itself and some says needs to wait and subject to reality as they have delayed one day while starting Ramzan month and fasting subsequently. However, they are comfortable now and declared Eid-ul Fitr on 8th Aug 2013 in Saudi Arabia and some other parts of Gulf countries.

Back to home, in India, most probably Ramzan Eid will be celebrated on 9th Aug 2013 (Friday) with most greeting all over. As usual, some parts in India, they are still following the same method as done in Saudi Arabia / Gulf region, it means Indian Muslims from some parts would be celebrated Eid on 8th Aug 2013 itself as done in Gulf. and the rest will be celebrated on the next of 9th Aug 2013. This time, almost 29 fasting covered and this is normal either fasting would be of 29 or 30 every year as it is subject to Moon-sight and some natural reason.

Additional info: Fasting time start earlier to Sunrise and Fasting time ends after Sunset, though there are natural and potential benefit in fasting, people would like to fast per the commandment of their Prophet and God.

In the beginning it looks like something strange or unusual bluff, while going through it and cross checking about the facts mentioned over there with my friends who are working in Call center and BPO in India - I came to know that this is reality mentioned and I wanted to know more about Call center and BPO communication skills. 

The author 'stylus' have discussed it well with others to learn something new and would like to know more about it from author, unfortunately author is not continuing reply that thread for the couple of days to learn more about it.

However, I would like to share with you about it to learn something new on Call center and BPO English communication skills. Kindly go through this thread and check all the responses made by few members to know the real fact in a simple term and English. From this thread, what I learnt (though I know little bit) few special word is like, neutral accent, US accent, UK accent, UK vs US English communication, Voice and Accent, Pitch, Language Ego, Pre-process training, Name changes for certain project, Call center ward and so on.

What I came to know from Call center and BPO friends is that, there will be first round interview either from approved consultancy with HR representative then communication skills interview among a group of interview candidates on an instant topic. The second round will be like aptitude test, the third round will be computer knowledge test, and the fourth one is HR round interview. They are prior to offer letter issuance, there is a difference between offer letter and appointment letter. Once shortlisted, pre-process training over then candidate will hit the floor to take/attend calls or work based on process vs client or end-user. One will get appointment letter once completed six successful months only, few organization delay even more. Health issue also will face by some employees.

I am always proud to be an Indian. Also, Indian by birth and blogger by choice :). Blogger shall write reality or real one when something comes about serious matter except some myth or different drama writing for different occasion or contest.

Now, I / We sometime hang our face due to few reasons, one is like woman assault or rape news from any part of the country, terrorist activities, few bad politicians who put down our country in a danger role with bad history, corruption within organization for small work or services across and so on. Other than that, we don't have any issue with near and dear human beings in our proud nation.

Regarding Ring the bell subject, when we do something then our conscience will automatically indicate us whether it is right or wrong and it is legal or illegal. We can't sure that the same scenario can fall to other as well when they do something but almost all will feel as such except few. Yes, few black-ship can do anything at anytime specially when the opportunity arises for their act on illegal whether they are with the groups, or individual with enough opportunity. 

He or they wont consider anything (which could even happen to their own near and dear) but will do it all illegal or shame act more than animal's behavior. Do you think that they will just think for few minutes or at least few seconds before they are about to do any bad or illegal act in general in the name of whatever called - it could be of rape or killing or terrorist or block money or  swindle/corruption etc. 

Most of them - 'No' but they will try to pre-plan for escape or change the word for selfish and desired illegal act. Now, who is victim? Who is going to solve the issue for Victim? No one can solve the issue but sometime it will publish in media or speak about it for a while till forget the topic and very rare for very few cases - justice can take place. There are many bad or illegal act happens behind the scene smartly. How to solve it and how to precaution or ring the bell to indicate it?

To avoid all those bad acts, one has to change him/herself, or other responsible person or officials shall put those persons in a situation that they shall change from bad to good. Punishment is not an end for bad act but changing their own character is the end for all such malpractices. Each one's responsible is to Ring the bell. Prevention is always better than cure.

Microsoft and Bloggers at McDowell's No1 location by Indiblogger

I received an email from Indiblogger just two days before to Microsoft Cloud Blagathon meet at UB city (on 2nd Jun 2013/Sunday) - I was checking the stated date again and again to confirm it whether this event is after two weeks or two days. When confirmed the date, once again confuses started - whether to go or not for this meet, I cancelled the native trip for this meet and it is also just because of the last two meets (Times of India and Ring the bell) missed out due first one is, been to native and the next one is, been to Munnar for summer vacation. This time I was about to miss this meet but missed out native trip and no issue on this. However, learn, fun and excitement made me forgot everything.

First of all I convey thanks to Indiblogger team for this great event invitation and I am really happy that Indiblogger has successfully conducted six meets so far within a year with grand, in that, so far I had attended four meets viz. Surf Excel / Samsung meets at Capitol Hotel, NokiaApps meet (Gangnam style) at ITC Gardenia, HP meets at ITC Celestia JP Park Hotel and this one Microsoft Blogathon at Tower Kitchen - 16th Floor at UB City. Special thanks to Anoop, Rene and Indiblogger team members. 

There were near about 200 bloggers presents and some of them new and some known bloggers. Every bloggers shown interest to learn something new from Microsoft and this event, many learnt likewise though few of them were in good 'beer' and 'cheers' mood. Few bloggers interacted with Microsoft head to learn something new and we got its prompt reply from them which increased extra knowledge on MS products.

Microsoft Office 365 is nothing but latest updated apps in MS Office concentrating consumer and business requirement, future generation requirement, updated software apps, all in one, easy access, user friendly and along with advanced tech of Cloud storage option - Skydrive.

As said, we got to see and meet some of the big head from Microsoft to interact and learn something new from them. Yes, we got some valuable information from Microsoft - Ramkumar Pichai (GM, Microsoft) and Tarun Malik (Director, Product Marketing & Strategy) and nice to learn updated subject on Microsoft Office for customer and business orientation.

Meeting Highlights - Including Ajak Majak round:

There were so many bottles and glasses around the floor which created freshness among bloggers

Entry system as usual for bloggers' login at 16th Floor / UB City

It was looking like 16th Floor / Kitchen Tower hotel and nearby area is only for Bloggers on that day

Starter pack was very nice with some varieties of veg and non-veg food plus drinks (hot and soft)

Hall of fame and some Swatch watch gifts were an outstanding (though I missed Swatch watch)

Unforgettable atmosphere for 4 to 5 hours with various subjects and people around

Ajak Majak round was very fun and "Hungry Bird" team won the contest, I was among them luckily and got valuable MS T shirt without any effort but just support.

I got an opportunity to meet once again some of well known blogger and friends like Suresh, Cebi, Bala and so on.

Totally, this blog event was like Ajak Majak only.

Me: Hi Father, how are you and where are you father?

Father: Fine, in heaven my son

Me: Are you getting network signal or receiving WeChat apps communication? 

Father: Yes, clear.

Me: How's comparison between the World and Heaven?

Father: Incomparable, I am above seven skies and you are strucked in or within seven skies

Me: Hmmmmm, what shall I have to do if I wanna come over there but without death?

Father: Only one way to reach here my son, that is death and you have to leave your body and needs to come only with soul here.

Me: Hmmmm, so I will live here only with both of them, let me think for a while or few years. See you and bye for now.

Me: Mom, how are you?

MG: No boy, you have to take it care one by one and learn from grass root and train it well in a long duration with systematic and sympathy

Me: Nowadays - there is no sympathy Mahaan Ji even among near and dear, everywhere human being killed in the form of various act.

MG: There will be some percentage like that boy and but not everywhere and all as such

Me: No Mahaan Ji, nowadays no value for human but money

AH: Don't you know about me?

Seven Sisters in Seven different routes of their life

Long long ago, there was a story of Seven sisters and story used to begin as such....(I am not going to write recent past reality in that way).

Now, the fact related to title is - there are few family in India that have Seven sisters/daughters and they don't have any brother but may be in far relation. Most of the seven sisters real story is like their father (regardless of religion) would have worked hard, and God would have given him strength to overcome from his responsibility to settle all seven daughters life from their childhood to married life and so on.

Here, I am going to tell you one of the seven sisters' real story in short. I am going to write complete detail about them later. The life of the seven sisters were going on with fun-filled, one sudden day, seven sisters father passed away and at that time last sister's age was about 7 years old. Now, the question raised is how their life moved from natural issue after their father's death. Deceased daughter's father luckily had some reasonable business (with one more sleeping partner though no benefit for their family business from sleeping partner in anyway) to earn money to run their life in the city, at the same time one more plus point for them was the first sister/daughter got married and her husband was working abroad. First son in-law came to know about death little late though he arrived India and took responsibility of his father in law's business.

First son-in law was having no connection or knowledge about father in law's business but this young energetic and smart son-in law took responsible with adding his abroad settlement fund too as one of the partner. The business was going well and they came out from some sad part of life, these sisters uncle or relatives hardly helped them out in such circumstance than just visiting and giving some suggestion. Smart son-in law worked hard honestly and took responsible for three sisters in-law's married within 10 years till another scenario falls in around 15 years gap. Smart or First son in-law have no kids for around twelve (12) years, later a sweet daughter/rose born for him, following that - within or less than two years - he and his daughter was unfortunate that both of them lost wife/mom. Since first son in-law's wife passed away and he have got less than 2 years old daughter alone, he and his daughters have to leave the mother in law's home / business for his personal life to continue (as there were no other decision though got various options) - though there were human being activities among them.

Seven sisters family or their mother not discussed with elders or uncles for further prospects of all daughters future and family matters for a right direction - here again hidden big tragedy starts for seven members family. By this time (first son in-law's wife death and leaving home / business), there were already four son in-laws including him - seven sisters' mother took unwise decision and given responsible to politician speech son in-law (third son in-law) instead of second son in-law though second son in-law didn't have any political act than working hard, straight forward, earning money through his routine business, little innocent, dependable and good faith character.

Now, after very few years - they talk came about fifth and sixth daughters married - the marriages were happened in a short time with the help of their father's hard earned money balance and business settlement in the recent past also little bit fund from current business investment with third son in-law. By taking business and marriage responsibility with show off - the third son in-law got good name and faith among society within few years with gimmick. Here again, left one more (seventh) daughter to get married after few years gap. The third son in-law brain washed internally within family members (seven sisters) saying that "their father's valuable property should transfer to their mother's name or else father's relatives may claim the property rights". On the other hand, he brain washed to his mother in-law saying the "above stated reason and need some more investment for widening business plus last daughter's/sister's marriage expenses to do in a grand manner.

These innocent sisters without consulting their husband or relatives or friends - executed "Released deed" without knowing its terms assuming the name of "Transfer to mother" without reading it in good faith from the property title thinking that it is going to mother's name and naturally mother will do justice in the future to give their share equally to their daughters. They have afterward not told anyone about it since they have thought that it is in mother's name and her property only.

They (six sisters) even doesn't know or no idea for number of years that property have already transferred (as Gift deed) to their third sister in a smart cheating way through politician speech son in-law and kept property paper in one of the reputed bank, claimed loan for more than 50% of the property value and enjoyed alone already by third sister except very less percentage cash given to uneducated their mother to keep her in control as per their choice.

Be very careful always not only seven sisters but all.
